Reports say distilled spirits sales have been up 3.7 percent, which is below the 4.6 percent growth seen in recent weeks. The beer purchaser’s index was also at a dip, at 46.9, below the previous year of 55.3. However it is not all negative, as wine sales have steadily grown about two percent in the past few weeks.
