Beverage alcohol retailers have put in place numerous safety techniques amid the COVID-19 pandemic including: cleaning protocols, curbside sales, and a shift to digital interactions. Beverage Dynamic spoke to a number of retailers to get some insight on consumer buying behaviors and current best practices.

“The customers have been so supportive in reading the signs and following the six-feet guidelines, being called up and wearing masks,” says Jason Daniels, COO of the New York chain Half Time. “We haven’t loved it, but we all understand how important it is. It’s great to see everyone rallying together.”
