A new addition to the directorate to the Bureau is Elisabeth Kann as an assistant administrator of external affairs/chief of staff.
The new Office of External Affairs/Chief of Staff will ensure the coordination of proactive and strategic management of internal and external communications, and the effective use of data tools to maximize efficiency.
Elisabeth Kann joined TTB in 2010 as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Regulations and Rulings Division until 2012, and then served as Special Assistant, Office of the Administrator until 5 years ago where she was appointed Chief of Staff.
