The Indiana General Assembly formed the Alcohol Code Revision Commission to review nearly 2 dozen recommendations for changes to the state’s current alcohol legislation. Some of the main items that were discussed include, but are not limited to, cold beer and Sunday sales, Sunday carryout sales, areas to sell alcoholic beverages, mandatory carding, and minors in package liquor stores.
