Hard seltzers are increasing in popularity and are an optimistic marker in the beer industry. They cater to a more health conscious consumer, and millennials who are interested in new inventive alcoholic beverages with lower calories. A prime example of a hard seltzer product that has been doing exceedingly well is White Claw, a product of Mike’s Hard, a top selling brand in Chicago and across the U.S. White Claw has done better in sales amongst other hard seltzer brands such as Truly Spiked & Sparkling and SpikedSeltzer. White Claw’s sales for 2018 has amounted to more than $117 million up until now, not including sales from Costco or liquor stores.
