Craft breweries have been adjusting to state-mandated shutdowns due to COVID-19 by turning to online orders and deliveries in order to get beer to their consumers. Several states have relaxed restrictions on delivery for craft breweries, which typically rely on the on-premise channel for 40% of volume, according to the Brewers Association (BA).
Brewers are also coming together to help each other and their communities, with some offering contract brewing services, while some with distilling equipment are using it to produce hand sanitizer.
