For a consumer, it is important to include clear basics, defined terms, technical information, green certification, vineyard sources, and the winemaker. Required by law, clear basics should be easily found by a consumer, which includes grape variety, alcohol content, and more. Terms need to be well defined to explain what it means, as well as why it matters.
Technical information includes anything regarding the fermentation practices, grape(s), and more. On the other hand, vineyard sources describe where the grapes used for the wine came from. Lastly, the winemaker should always be placed on the wine label, as well as any valuable information regarding their experience.
